ANS: 25% Advance (Non Refundable) at the time of booking and rest of 75% One day before the event. If payment to be made by cheque have to be deposit at least 10 day before the event.

ANS: There are 3 areas including the property with 2 nos of adequate restrooms.

  • A air conditioned Banquet hall of 3500 sqft, centre stage of 20’X12’ where the ceremonial events going on
  • A Lawn area of 6000 Sqft where open barbeque, soft drinks & starter counters with centre stage of 20’x12’, with round tables & chairs.
  • A 3600 sqft air conditioned Dining hall, with round tables & chairs. Along with Housekeeping and Security guards included with package.

ANS: As we had 3 different areas, if you have to look for a number of 400 to 500 guests, it can be easily accommodates. All events are conducted with the Guidelines of Government and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) issued by the State Government.

ANS: No, We don’t have s a preferred decorator, audio visual provider. Yes you may bring in your own service providers. This should be coordinated by guest/host.

ANS: If you booked for Day or Evening Shift, Crystal Courtyard does not permit outside food and beverage or any Outside Catering Service.

If you booked the venue for 24 hours, you may bring in your own service providers such as Outside Catering Vendor. This should be coordinated by your Vendor.

ANS: Extra load of Electricity Provided up to 10 K.W. (additional chargeable). Generator Backup for two hour (Additional hour chargeable). Any damages to chair/table/floor/equipment/facilities in will be assesses by management and the booking customer have to pay such cost of damages.
